Odd Blackjack (?) Variation

In Viennas Poker Card rooms- the Concord Card Casinos - they offer a variant of blackjack that I've never heard of or seen before. Some of you may disagree on whether it's BJ at all.
The rules are the same as regular BJ, no surrender, (afaik unlimited doubles on any, unlimited splits on any) DOS, AA pays 3:1 along with a lot of colourful side bets, which are definitely -EV.
BUT here's the very strange difference. It's a race to 22, not 21. Dealer stands on 17 (not sure on soft 17). It really threw me through a loop thinking about the implications to strategy.
Couldn't figure it out on the fly so didn't play, but will be back at the Casinos. So I can get a closer look if anyone has questions.
Does anyone have an idea what this is called (it's billed as 'Easy Aces'/'Concord Aces'), what basic strategy would look like or an inkling on whether the edge would be greatesmaller than regular BJ?
I'm a novice when it comes to BJ as I mainly play poker-- so take it easy on me fellas;)
